Kent One Light

For years I have practiced the principles of Aikido Shin Shin Toitsu and applied them to everyday life. As Tohei Sensei said, the way of harmony is maintained through of a point, its center and therefore the center of the universe.

The center of the universe?

By allowing the Ki Aikido pass through our center we take to the Ki of the universe and use his power to control our physical actions. By incorporating Zen thinking you can use to control their perception Ki time and make a last second, whenever you need.
