Grill Camping

I'm going camping and want to know some easy meals to cook. I'll have disposable BBQs, 2 gas burners and grill

Foil Dinners....
Cut your favorite meat in stew size chunks
Cut up veggies of choice in large bit size chunks.
Season to taste, wrap foil around then place in hot coals. Cook until meat is done and veggies are tender. Oil the inside of your foil first to prevet sticking and add one ice cube (if possible) this will help keep moist will cooking. No plates needed, just throw away foil when done.

Campfire banana splits.
You will need
Bananas, marshmallows, marachino cherrys, chocolate chips, peanut butte chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, nuts, and any other sundae topping that you would like.

Cut of stem of banana and slice the peel down the top. Open up banana and slice into banana to create a small creavice. Place your toppings of choice then wrap in foil and place in hot coals until everything is melted and gooey. Just get a spoon and scoop out the goodies then throw the foil and peel away.

Campfire Garlic Bread
Slice a loaf of french or italian bread. Butter both sides lightly of the bread, sprinkle garlic, italian seasonings and for a little zing some parmesan cheese. Put the loaf back together and wrap very well with foil, place in hot coals and it is done when all the butter is melted.

Campfire Stew.
In a large dutch oven, brown 2 lbs of ground beef. Drain oil, then add 2 large cans vegetable soup and 1 large can tomato soup. Give a a couple of shakes of garlic powder, let simmer for a few minutes. Then serve.

I don't remember what it was called but you would take a loaf of italian or french bread and cut it up into large cubes. You would then place on a large skewer or stick, dip into sweetened condensed milk and then sprinkle with coconut. Roast over the fire until the coconut turned golden brown. Eat right from stick.

Off course don't forget the stuff for smores, and jiffy pop popcorn. Also make up some trail mix too.

Trail Mix....
Capn Crunch cereal
1 container raisins
1 bag each, M&M's both plain and peanut, Choc Chip, Butter Scotch Morsals, Peanut Butter Chip or Reese Pieces or both
1 large container each cashews, peanuts and sunflower seeds.
Anything else you would like, just add. But this is my favorite.
